“EXCEPTIONAL STAFF - IN STORE AND ONLINE - helpful, friendly, knowledgable and honest- this order was possibly my smallest but this time and every time is a pleasure. It feels so good to dress well- Been a customer for almost 20 years and its because of the service where the customer is crowned whether I shop at all - a little or alot!!!!!!!!! It's only place i leave with smile after lightening my wallet”

Hello Ken, Thanks for the great comment. We will have a new option next year of reserve in store for some items as well as being able to see where the stock is located per store. Hopefully this will improve your experience further as well.

“I am still awaiting delivery of my order: 20493 (WEB20493). Have had no success getting information from An Post despite tracking of the order. The whole service has been disappointing; ordered in plenty time for my husbands birthday, unlikely now it will arrive on time IF AT ALL”

“My online purchase my simple and straightforward .... a gift card .It was acknowled by email and despatched promptly . The packaging was very impressive and it was accompanied by a handwritten compliment slip , thanking me for making the purchase .The clear impression given is that each customer is valued and their business is appreciated”

“Customer service is exceptional. Bought a suit online. Received a call to enquire about availability for a fitting to ensure it would be correct. Called into Capel Street store earlier than I had indicated. Suited was altered as required and ready later than same day. Both the in-store and online shopping experiences are excellent.”
