“I bought a pair of Gant comfort fit chinos from Louis Copelands online store.The online site is very easy to navigate and the order process was easy.The chinos were on sale at a great price and are of excellent quality,its actually hard to get chinos in a looser fit now.Delivery was prompt and my purchase was beautifully boxed.I would recommend the online and walk in stores.”

“Very pleased with the selection and online ordering. However let down by the fact that t i received a blue regulator jacket instead of the black that i had ordered. As the jacket was received 13 days after ordering there was not much time left to return within the 15 days window even if i had used DHL. Under EU rules one is normally granted 21 days within which to return online purchases. It would also help if your system permitted courier service for deliveries rather than relying solely on the postal service for deliveries to destinations outside of Ireland/UK.”

“Very good products and lots of sizes available. I order online and collect in the Dundrum branch as you can try on the items before leaving. Sometimes l might buy another product in the shop before leaving. Excellent returns policy and customer service by Chris and the team in Dundrum. Highly recommended to everybody.”
