“LC service is always unbeatable in store but if you have to order something online this web service also takes some beating. Everything exactly as ordered, delivered promptly and presented beautifully in a magnificent gift box. Best e-commerce experience from a clothing retailer - by some distance. In a previous web order, I had an issue with one item which was solved with absolutely no fuss in store.”

“Regularly buy from Louis Copeland but normally call to the shop. Quality is always excellent. Got it delivered this time and extremely disappointed, ordered on Friday, next day delivery , but it didn’t arrive until Wednesday, so not the good customer service that I’m used to in store”

“Louis Copeland An Iconic name brought into the 21st century but with personality, professionalism and all the bygone personal attributes that are missing in society never mind consumerism. Male shoppping made pleasurable by staff who are not only skilled Taylor’s and product aware but honestly care that when you leave the product not only looks good and fits right that it ‘suits you Sir’..!! Special mention to Derek Cronin’ and the team in Wicklow Street. Thank you.”

“Absolutely outstanding service as always. Bought a jacket and returned it and itbwas very smooth. Rang and spoke to several people for size ofvan alternate and tgey took time and made suggestions. “Recently got married and got my tux from Louis Copeland (John in Cael Street). Excellent service and advice and fantastic tux. Also used online shop recently to get some swims (shoes) which I bought in Gant in Dundrum and wanted another pair for going away. Speedy turnaround and delighted with the product.”
