“PLACED ORDER BUT WAS CONTACTED TO SAY 2 OUT OF 3 ITEMS WERE UNAVAILABLE. WAS DISSAPPOINTED THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THESE ITEMS WERE STILL ON WEBSITE DAYS LATER. NEEDS TO BE KEPT UP TO DATE. OVERALL HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND WILL USE AGAIN”

“We have still not received shoes as the postcode was incorrect on parcel, shoes were due 3days ago and needed for an occasion tomorrow... very disappointed”

Hi Nikki, We are sorry you had an issue with the delivery, Parcel Force (Royal Mail) came back to us saying that the issue was an incomplete address even though they had the full postcode and their own system shows the complete address when this is entered. It shows that they were delivered at 16.07 the day you left this review so we hope you got them in time.
