“Excellent in every sense. From the quality of the material, the small moderations at no extra cost, the excellent speedy delivery service, the beautiful packaging presentation, etc. All top class. In parallel, throughout the process there was regular communication to ensure I knew the exact status of my order, tracking on the shipping/delivery time frame for my order, follow on calls to verify that it was to my satisfaction, etc. This was so good that I ordered my next shirt within 24 hours of the delivery of the first one.”

“Delivery was so fast and the presentation if the package went above and beyond. The clothing was presented in a beautiful gift box of such a high quality and even contained a hand a written note. Fantastic would definitely purchase from here again.”

“Excellent service as usual but I did not realise the excessive amount of packaging that would be involved in picking up a pair of swim trunks. I will drop the box and bag back to you for re-use when next passing. We have been on a waste minimisation project in this house for many years past. Thanks. Tony”

Hi Tony, Thanks for your review. We understand your comments, all the packaging is recyclable but it is a fine line between protecting the clothing in transport and creating waste. We will look at options available to us for a greener alternative which we could maybe offer as checkout option to people.

“Excellent customer services. They did not have my clothes in stock but offered me a substantial discount on another product. This was not necessary or expected but much appreciated. Product arrived on time and very well presented, even got a follow up email if I was happy. I’ll be shopping again.”
