“Hi, I recently wanted to use a gift card online and couldn’t get it to work. I emailed the shop and got a very quick response from Chris who was so helpful. I was able to place my order and get your last pair of Christmas Happy Socks. Early Christmas shopper I know but one of my family will be happy later this year. I have only ever bought small gift cards for my late Dad over the past 2 years €50 here and there and my Dad has always used them in you January sale. For such an exclusive shop never once did I feel bad calling to only pay €50 it didn’t seem to matter how much I spent Thanks for your great service”

“Truly exceptional customer service! My wife had tried to order a beautiful scarf online, but there was some uncertainty about the item's availability and exact shipping cost to Germany. A tiny issue but we were immediately and expertly assisted by not one but three extremely helpful LC staff. The item arrived shortly thereafter in a beautiful gift box. Absolutely amazing. From now on LC will be our first address when looking for presents. Ireland at its very very best! Thank you Louis Copeland Team!”
