“Thank you for the excellent service. I needed a shirt in a hurry so I used the Chat feature on the website to see what availability and delivery was like. I got talking to Niamh I think it was and I have to really thank Niamh for the excellent service I received. I had a family funeral and needed the shirt delivered the next day and was quite stressed as I could not get to a shop. Niamh checked the stock, and followed up once the order was made to let me know that it had been shipped. I also received contact from Niamh the next morning to check if it had arived yet. At a hard time like this it was really appreciated. The shirt arrived on time and a quality item as always. I wish all online purchases were this easy! Thank again for the excellent customer service, an example to all!”

“I think you should have an extra star rating Excellent or Brilliant. Fantastic service particularly as I was ordering from the UK. Very straightforward and a very nice lady on the same day as order telephoned to check I had put the correct amount for how much I wanted the Voucher to be for.
