“I shop in Louis Copeland a lot, and in person it’s excellent, but the online experience isn’t so great. I bought an Eton formal dress shirt for an upcoming black tie event (and paid above the odds to do so) on the website. The reason I purchased it was because the website stated it would be delivered a few days before the event. It didn’t arrive until several days after the event had finished. I tried calling the store to get a refund but got no answer (I work hours that have made getting in to the store in person impossible of late). Hoping to get in there today. I would be reluctant to use the website to order again.”

“I bought a suit online and delivered to dundrum - on arrival I was called by Brian who delivered excellent service - recommending a size down and keeping in contact at all times during an important purchase for my wedding! Quality of suit is amazing but the service made the experience fantastic.”

“You dispatched my order very quickly after I ordered it on the 5th December, however, I received delivery on 18th December, when I was out of the country. The handling agent was An Post, they fell down badly on the job and the length of time for delivery is not acceptable, notwithstanding the Christmas period. I am not blaming Louis Copeland, but I think you need to review who is handling your deliveries, as An Post seem to have capability and capacity issues, and it reflects poorly on your company.
