“Web site easy to navigate etc. Quality of goods, delivery, packaging and customer service is excellent. Only negative that I have.....sometimes items ordered are out of stock.”

“Del.and updates excellent,disappointed that 3 shirts had been so badly handled presumably before packaging that they needed ironing before wearing.Have had many purchases over the years from gantuk and the products including shirts (8 shirts last year alone) are always perfectly presented.”

“I ordered a ted baker leather jacket in ox blood finish which I couldn't source anywhere in the UK in my size.There was a delay caused by a shortage of transit boxes at the shop itself and a further delay with the postal carriers.However, Chris on customer services kept me well advised of these problems and the jacket duly arrived albeit a week after ordering.The jacket is an excellent fit and I'm very pleased with it.Would definitely recommend this shop as they also stock an excellent range of clothing and accessories - even with the delivery problems! “The products I received and service was fantastic, so well done on that ! However, I think I should let you know that the package was opened before it got to me. I used the Parcel Motel service and they send a photo of the package when is arrives in their depot. The plastic can be seen in the photo to have been ripped and this was the case when I got the package. At first I thought it was a case of the package being damaged in transit, however when I opened the package I found that the seals on the both the bag and the box inside had been broken. Luckily for me whoever opened the package did not find anything of interest to them and there was nothing missing. Hope this is of help to you. Regards, Liam”

“Reasonably fast delivery, nicely presented although packaging destroyed by courier. I was charged an extra £3 by my bank as the final payment was in euros, which I wasnt expecting. I would use again if I couldn't get the item locally.”

“Quick response, good no nonsense service. A bit disappointed with the Jeans. I specifically shopped around for the same Gant jeans I had before style, size, etc. I have been supplied with exactly what I ordered but they are not the same. This is down to Gant rather than Louis Copeland!”

“Bought my wedding suit in dundrum . Lovely suit and best fit I have ever had. The staff where very nice and helpfull . The only let down was there was some white thread showing on one of my a shoulders (black suit, only a small bit) but it was mentioned to me/ people trying to pull at it all day. I went especially to copelands as I was expecting good things/ excellent talors. This was the only let down of the process but it was the end product.”
