“Purchase of a shirt online in Jan 2021 during the Covid lockdown. The website was simple to use and the item was as represented on the website. Click and collect worked perfectly. Ordered Sat, LC phoned Mon am to say it was available for collection and helped me with directions to the collection point.”

“I placed an order which got a bit messed up due to some tech/process issues on their side. I wasn't happy initially, but once I raised the issue they could not have reacted more quickly - calling me on a Sunday morning (first Sunday in January at that) and sorting out the problem ASAP. Companies show their best in how they respond when they mess up and Louis Copeland sorted it.”

“Good website. Easy to navigate. I'm a Gant man. With the times that are in it it's good to be able to buy something you need rather than wait till shops open again or whatever. Online is the future. I'll use online with Louis copeland/Gant Dundrum again.”
