“Received my order very swiftly with a note thanking me for my business. A nice touch. The parcel was beautifully packaged which saves me having to wrap it. Excellent service as always.”

“Brilliant customer service. Part of my order was a pair of jeans which subsequently were out of stock. Got a call straight away to let me know and advise that a suitable alternative was in stock. Even though this alternative was slightly more expensive than my original order they swapped the items for no additional charge. When the items arrived it was immediately clear the alternative was a perfect substitute. Couldn't recommend highly enough”
