“Due to Covid19 our usual St Dtephens Day visit your Louis Copeland and Gant shops in Dunedin had to be postponed. However I was still able to shop in the comfort of my home. Louis Copeland confirmed that my order has been dispatched within 24 hours. Fantastic service as usual from Louis Copeland & Sons.”

“Overall, decent selection of brands, sizes and good well-lighted images. Sometimes when I filtered on size, it did not have the selected one available and this had to be checked manually. That is the is only very minor complaint that I have.”

“Great value, was looking for a Barbour jacket and Louis Coupland as cheapest. Only query was I was am registered with Loyalty card but could not connect for sale. Doesn't really matter as deal was great.”

“I bought a gift voucher on-line on Sunday night. I got a call Monday morning to say it might not arrive before Christmas due to heavy volumes of post. The voucher was immediately emailed to me &, not only that, but the actual gift voucher box & gift card were delivered by courier on Tuesday morning. Super service. It was a pleasure to deal with Louis Copeland.”
