“Its great to see the world class service that is delivered in store has been carried through to the online experience. The team and product couldn't have been better. It is also refreshing to receive the goods so nicely packaged and within a couple of days - something that just doesn't happen with international website. Thank you Louis and team”

“The super quick delivery and perfect presentation of my order has had me back to order 4 times through the lockdown. The LC boxes look great for giving as a gift too! The staff were extremely helpful in sorting out a returns through my poor sizing choice. Great service!!”

“I ordered from Louis Copeland several times coming up to Christmas and I must say I was absolutely delighted with the high standard of service from start to finish. The delivery guys were also very friendly and efficient and everything arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Was very surprised when after Christmas Louis himself called to check that all was ok. All in all, a very pleasant experience 👍”

“Great shop, great service, great quality clothing and a good laugh when you get into Capel Street, what more could you ask for! During lockdowns have also found the online service really efficient. Order nearly always arrives the following day.”

“What I Purchased was good but you advertised gift on birthday , mine was jan 28 th last month nothing came. So not impressed with your advertising feel it’s wrong . False advertising doesn’t impress me ., well I have to revise my review . Had a personal phone call from Louis , very courteous and fully explained website needs updating . Received a lovely gift to day which impressed me more . Now scored 4/5 for service etc . A great shop to shop , found staff always do efficient and pleasant so please support them in these strange times . Excellent online service . Well done Louis .”

“The quality of the clothing and footwear available on the Louis Copeland website is second to none. Sadly, online shopping for clothes is difficult, but the service provided by LC is excellent. The staff I dealt with over the phone were exceptionally helpful, friendly and competent. I could not rate them more highly.”

“Greta products at great prices with superb customer service. Post Brexit UK caused a lot off issues with Customs charges and hold ups at the port and they sorted very quickly.”
