“Loved these... so comfy especially for my wide feet and high instep. Lotus is my go to brand for this type of sandal.”

“great quick delivery of items sizing - unfortunately the sizing seems strange... I have wide feet but the wedges were too wide!! Im usually size 7 but ended up with size 6.. in these.. the Kinsey shoes I wanted were out of stock and size 6 too small so sizes do seem irregular depening on style. Please stock more of the kinsey in a 7 as love them but cant get in a 6 !!”

“The service from Lotus Shoes is outstanding - a hiccup with the courier who was hopeless and a quick phone call to Lotus and they sent out a duplicate pair using a different courier. Very impressed indeed.”

“Excellent service - shoes were dispatched the same day as ordering, and I was very pleased to find that a style I had always found comfortable and smart was still available. Highly recommend Lotus shoes and service.”

“Unfortunately, although a very nice looking pair of shoes, they were not a good fit...a bit loose!”

“The sandals were lovely however, they were not wide enough, If they were available in EE or EEE fit then they would be perfect and I would certainly purchase several pairs”

“I have always loved Lotus Shoes for their style, range and perfect fit. So sad when my local stockist closed down. However, I needed some special shoes in a hurry so went to the Lotus Shoes on line site and found the perfect pair - and in the sale! Absolutely delighted, thank you.”

“Bought 2 pairs of shoes, one pair from a shoe shop and one pair on line. Couldn’t fault the shoes, the ones ordered on line came very quickly and were half price. Would definitely order again.”

“I have given !otus shoes 2 star for their recent service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, my money was taken , paid for next day delivery only to be told that the pair of shoes that I really wanted out of the two I ordered were out of stock and there had been an error. I had to send boots back due to poor manufacturing too before this. I love lotus shoes and would have given a 5 star review but for these issues. Unfortunately I have lost all faith in the customer service and unsubscribed to their website.”
