“Returned my boots back to Lotus unworn and have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. I have contacted them twice and still waiting on a reply to why I haven’t received a refund in full. Will not be ordering from them again in the future.”

“Noting can be faulted, ordering, delivery and information first class. Unusually, even the returns information was well documented. The slippers are very comfortable & easy to put on even with a disabled leg. Excellent value for money & would recommend. Robbie”

“There was nothing wrong with the shoes but the 10% first use discount was not applied to the order so I had to contact customer services to arrange refund. I was told the software was set for sale mode which overrides 1st Use discount. Therefore first impressions are poor.”
