“I ordered boots and received notification that they were dispatched. After a week still no delivery. Contacted Lotus to be told my order was lost by the delivery company and boots out of stock. Very disappointed. I have asked for a refund”

“I loved the shoes, really comfortable and look nice.I wore them for the first time 22/10/22 and the heel is chipped.I only walked around town centre.But I have worn them so cannot return Not impressed.”

“I was going to get these boots from Shoe Zone but they were out of stock so I went direct to Lotus, the service was quick and efficient. I did have to send them back as they came up big but will try and order a smaller size as they are very comfortable and don't look too clumpy.”

“Love love LOVE these boots. They are the perfect height, not too high, not too low. They are also the perfect width. I often struggle with shoes/boots that are too narrow but these are fantastic. They are so comfortable. The only fault I would have is there are not enough colours!!!! A brown version would be great. I bought the navy pair for work. I already have the red pair. Next on the list, the black pair! I wear them with bootcut trousers. They are also perfect for tunics or dresses. Delivery was also great.”

“I loved the shoes!! Unfortunately I had to return them as they were slightly higher and had a narrower heel than I had hoped and having had 2 hip replacements fairly recently they were not practical for me. I appreciated the fast delivery and how easy it was to return them”
