“The shoes looked lovely but sadly were to narrow for me. There didn't seem to be wider choices available. Am quite sad as loved the styles & quality Rosemary”

“Not happy with the quality . The slippers have feathers on and one on the feathers shows the stalk of it - which looks odd and the other slipper some of the feathers have a tint of a light colour and not black as they should be . Unfortunately I’m not well at the moment after being in hospital so unable to return them . The last slippers I bought from you were perfect”

“Bought a pair of panache, diamanté navy shoes for my daughters wedding. Worn approximately 8 hrs. The heel tip came away on both shoes during the course of the day with some damage then to the fabric of the heel. Contacted customer service and told not a manufacturing problem and to take them to a cobbler to have new heel tips fitted! I asked for further explanation as to why they thought it was not a manufacturing problem and never received a reply. Although the shoes looked great, it would seem quality not as good. Very poor customer service.”

“These loafers were a lovely colour of blue and I liked the white sole with the silver trim. They are a very nice shoe for spring/summer. Unfortunately I had to return them as I was between sizes.”

“I bought one pair of shoes, 1 pair of trainers, 1 pair of boots, the boots and the trainers were too small the shoes are I managed to stretch the shoes a bit. They were all just a little bit too small, not quite a 1/2 size too small but it means I can't wear them they're uncomfortable. Excellent shoes in every other respect but just that bit too small I am a size 8, have been a size 8 all my adult life but they are cut just that little bit too small really disappointed as I really love what I bought and now have to return them.”

“Received confirmation my boots were with the delivery company. A few days later also received confirmation from the delivery company that my parcel would be with me soon. The day later the delivery company emailed to say there was a problem with my parcel and the tracking showed returns to sender. I contacted Lotus by email to check the status and was told the parcel was damaged and they would send out a replacement that day. Several days after I got an email saying I was being refunded as the boots were out of stock. Very disappointed”
