“I've bought quite a few times and been happy with the shoes & boots but I've returned my last pair of because on opening the box it looked like they'd already been sent out & returned the paper inside was wrinkled & torn & there was a scuff on the heel of the right boot, I would suggest when items are returned they're inspected before being sent out again.”

“Very disappointed with customer service. Sent an email day I received shoes asking if they have larger size. 5 days later still no response. I also tried phoning 5 times with no answer.”

“Lovely shoes, however if you have a high instep the straps across are tight and difficult to fasten in first hole. I managed but a struggle, hoping the leather will ease when wearing as so nice.”

“Initially my order (dispatched through Hermes) did not arrive but a phone call quickly resolved this and they arrived by DPD the next day. Sadly although I liked them very much they were not comfortable on me and I noticed in any case that one had a gold buckle and the other a silver so they were not a proper pair. The return system was excellent and very easy to do.”

“I’m a long term purchaser of Lotus Shoes. This time I purchased two pairs of sandals in the sale. Lovely sandals and one pair is perfect. The second pair unfortunately had a fault in that the heel straps were different sizes and one wouldn’t go above the bottom of my heel. So I had to return these sandals. Otherwise, I’m usually well satisfied with quality and excellent service.”

“I bought a pair of cork wedge sandals - they were good value, good colour, true to size and easy to adjust with buckles on both straps. Only slight down side is that they are heavier than I expected.”
