Initially my order (dispatched through Hermes) did not arrive but a phone call quickly resolved this and they arrived by DPD the next day. Sadly although I liked them very much they were not comfortable on me and I noticed in any case that one had a gold buckle and the other a silver so they were not a proper pair. The return system was excellent and very easy to do.
