“Lovely boots , I have bought these make boots in a different style many years ago , last for ages , great quality and very comfortable, and keep the rainout , I’ve just had two pairs in different colours . Good service and good quality .”

“I am still waiting delivery of my item. Courier said they tried to deliver but no answer. I WAS HOME! Said they will try again next day yet 4 days later.. nothing! Cannot write a review on item I've not even received!”

“I am still waiting for my boots Evri said they were being delivered on Wednesday 7 December then said there was a problem with the delivery. Contacted lotus office they have asked them to look into the order still not received them.”

“Love lotus boots they are so comfy and also stylish - which is normally hard to find. They also last, I have had my old pair for over 3 years wear them all the time and they are still going albeit a bit worn and tired looking!!”

“Delivery was good, only problem was I received a totally different pair of boots from the pair that i ordered, so when I went back on the site the boots that I ordered were out of stock. I won't be ordering again from lotus”

“Lotus is my now go to site for boots. I wear a size 6 and they are perfect. I currently have foot pain in my left foot and my boots are so comfortable. Boots are stylish but not cumbersome or heavy and can be dressed up or down depending on outfit, well done lotus”
