“I just love the design. I have had them before and was so sad when they were finally too worn out to wear. So looked them up on line and was delighted that lotus still make them and I could order another pair. I always received compliments about my lovely sandals whenever I wore them”

“Unfortunately the shoes were not a good fit. Also due to being man-made materials, the smell of the fabric was like plastic. I would not recommend unfortunately.”

“I'm afraid the shoes wre too small and not available in the half size. The handbag was a disappointment as I thought it was leather, although it wasn't mentioned in the description whether it was man-made or leather. It was too rigid but looked good from a distance.”

“I have rated the shoes as very good but I did have one pair that were of poor quality, therefore if the star rating was on Customer Service I would have rated extremely poor. Customer Services handled the situation very poorly and through that I will not be purchasing any more Lotus products. They have lost a very good customer who has spent very well with them over a period of time. I would have expected a better service as a lot of brand names are now disappearing from our high streets. Hope this makes someone listen.”

“Tried to cancel immediately after placing order but was unable to get an answer by phone and no reply to my emails. Website said orders placed on bank holiday Friday would not be sent until the following Tuesday so was hoping to cancel before order was sent. Unfortunately, item was delivered next day, cost me £4 to have delivered and £4.40 to return with no offer of costs being paid due to circumstances. Was then advised offices were closed on Good Friday, which Is why I couldn't make contact, but orders still sent. Disappointed to say the least!!!”
