“Keith and all his team have always been very helpful, supportive and friendly. Service on my machine was done thoroughly and quickly. Any problem that I have come across is just a phone call away to Keith who patiently goes through the whole process till I am able to resolve it. Keith has also phoned a few days later to check if the problem is still resolved. I felt very cared for as a customer. Thank you Keith and all the team.”

“I recently took my Innovis 1e machine for service and mentioned that there was an intermittent noise which I would like them to investigate. Needless to say, the fault was discovered and, in spite of the fact that the machine has been superseded by other models and spares are not easily obtained, Andrew went far beyond the call of duty to obtain the spare and to get the machine in perfect working order once again. I am very grateful for all you have done for me, not just on this occasion but in the time that I have been dealing with Lords Sewing. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent service over many years.”
