“I recently bought the Brother PR680W at Lords and I couldn't be happier. The customer service has been incredible, with patient and knowledgeable staff on hand to point me in the right direction. From buying the machine, to delivery, set up and training I have been so impressed. There is a lot to learn, but I know I am in good hands with Lords who are willing to answer all manner of questions I have. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my purchase. I'm sure I will be buying more and more as time goes on and would recommend anyone else to do so too.”

“I ordered a new scan n cut machine over Easter from Keith Lords ,i follow Keith and his team on you tube and I find their videos very helpful,so I was delighted to find the item that I wanted at a very reasonable price at their store. I thought that I would have to wait quite a while for delivery because of the long weekend,but I was delighted to receive my item on Wednesday just 2 days after the bank holiday. Excellent quality and service, I highly recommend them and their very efficient staff. Many Thanks”

“I’ve always tried to support smaller businesses but this was a no brainier. Lords sewing gave me a pack of cutting mats much cheaper than my favourite shopping channel(of which I’m a club member and receive a 10% discount). Fast delivery and I’ll definitely be calling again. Highly recommend.”
