“I ordered 15 bobbins of Floriani thread late one evening. Received a phone call the following afternoon to say my order was being sorted but one thread was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a refund or could they provide a substitute. I asked the very helpful lady on the phone if she could provide the nearest possible substitute and she did the perfect job!! My order arrived promptly the following day in perfect condition and extremely securely packed. Thank you for your excellent service.”
