“I ordered a embroidery machine which should have qualified for free delivery (which I hadn't noticed) I was then called by lords sewing to inform me I had been charged and apologised. They then went on to offer me some items to make up for the delivery that I'd need with my machine. Being a complete novice I hadn't realised. And they threw in some free gifts too! Such a wonderful company! I immediately went to my partner after the phone call to discuss the great customer service! I'll definitely be using lords sewing for any of the other sewing-ie bits I need. Thanks so much.”
