“Amazing service ! I placed an order for some machine embroidery threads I need urgently for a project at 1.35pm YESTERDAY. At 10.47 am TODAY they have arrived! Talk about speedy. Can't fault their customer service. I dont go anywhere else.”

“I ordered a PE Design upgrade from Lords as this was the cheapest option. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. When the courier received the item, I was able to change the date of the delivery and specify a safe place . The delivery came exactly as expected. A notification stating an approximate time having been received. My product arrived well packed, undamaged. I would happily recommend Lords as an efficient supplier of competitively priced goods. Well done.”
