“I cannot speak highly enough of Lords service and staff. I’ve had several machines serviced and an issue sorted on trapped thread, always sorted so quickly. Fantastic staff, always so helpful and never upsell which is so rare these days. 5 * service and staff.”

“Very quick delivery, by the time I got the email to say it was on it's way it had already been delivered. Bit disapointed with the CD most of the content is on your website. I only got the CD for the quilting information. This was helpful, however there wa no mention of how to go around corners with the binding foot. Is it possible? I still do not know.”

“I am more than happy with Lords sewing. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and are keen to help. I bought a sewing machine last September and was given an excellent trade in price for my old machine. I have also ordered goods off the internet from Lords in both occasions they arrived next day. Lords is always the first place I look for goods.”
