“I had a query on parts for an old Innovis 4000d; nobody has been able to help me with the repair of the machine so I came to D. Lords vie the email and photographs. I received a reply within hours, part numbers and a drawing of the 'hows and wheres'. Brilliant service as always. Thank you!”

“I live in Dorset but wouldn't dream of sending my Brother XV anywhere else to be serviced; Lords Sewing customer service is second to none which I believe is due to the team work. The team is very knowledgeable and the products they sell are quality (which is getting harder to find) so I genuinely can't see any aspect where there is room for improvement. ⭐️”

“Well stocked sewing center situated in Oswaldtwistle Mill. Usually shop in store, but did it on line this time. Super easy process. Ordered on Saturday order deliverd Tuesday.”

“Re: the wide table accessory that I purchased from you, for some reason, the table won't lock on to my machine, the claw is entering the slot on my machine though it is not locking in place causing the table to part from the machine.”

After our chat this morning your wife has decided to keep it at this time but as I said, if you decide to do otherwise going forward we can issue a full refund for you.
