“Excellent and very friendly company. I ordered a Brother V3, it arrived within 2 days . They emailed me twice to keep me updated and it was like we were all old family friends. Prices are amazing considering its a family run business. Very personable indeed. Their delivery method was just perfect. I, again, was kept up to date with everything. Lords really are fantastic and I highly recommend. I bought a Brother so no comments about this as it Lord's that need this recognition xx”

“Truly five-star service. I emailed Lords after trying and failing in my research to understand which type of 'Walking foot' I needed for my machine. Kirsty responded so quickly explaining what all the different types of feet are for, which ones are compatible with my machine and why as well as letting me know - of the compatible ones which one is more popular. Taking the time to provide this level of advice and support for purchasing decisions feels so rare in our fast-paced world of online ordering, so it is extra special to find this at Lords. The walking foot I ordered was dispatched the same day and arrived impressively quickly! I highly, highly recommend Lords.”
