“Lords are absolutely wonderful so helpful when you visit the store answering lots of questions for me , however I live quite far now so can’t just pop in so I now order online , highly recommend only ever use their embroidery threads and so easy to navigate and even better free p&P over £35 order which is brilliant”

“Super service from this company. I ran out of thread in the middle of making a quilt and managed to find the same make and colour on the Company Website. I ordered online late on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning”

“Where possible, I always use Keith Lord for anything Brother related. I ordered my Brother magnetic 5x7 hoop on line at 2.00pm and it arrived at 9.00am the next day. I doubt that any other retailer could have improved on that. Better still, it was considerably cheaper than other suppliers. I have been travelling from Yorkshire to Lords for a good few years now because I trust their knowledge and expertise.”
