“Fantastic service from knowledge people. No hard sales just a genuine desire to share knowledge and match the right machine to the customer. Quick delivery and communication top notch. I can't praise them enough..... Oh and my new machine is fantastic, it ticks all the boxes I have!”

“Clear information on website meant I could make choice of sewing machine easily. Purchase was straightforward and delivery prompt. I was disappointed to find out that DHL was the delivery company as I had previously had to cancel an order from another company because they wouldn't allow the package to be left either with a neighbour or in a safe place. I need not have worried. Sensible people at Lords made sure that the box could be delivered to me as planned. Delighted with my new sewing machine”

“Very quick delivery, by the time I got the email to say it was on it's way it had already been delivered. Bit disapointed with the CD most of the content is on your website. I only got the CD for the quilting information. This was helpful, however there wa no mention of how to go around corners with the binding foot. Is it possible? I still do not know.”
