I bought the squissors and the product is excellent. Unfortunately Royal Mail are letting you down on delivery. Whilst you dispatch promptly by first class it takes more than 3 days to deliver, so maybe a rethink in despatch method, so it doesn’t tarnish your excellent reputation? Just a thought
