“We had an absolutely lovely time here . Location of our apartment is perfect , just 5 mins walking distance from Victoria station . Lovely restaurants around us . Tesco, Sainsbury, waitrose and few halal shopping stores within few mins walking distance . Apartment is new and has air conditioning. They have self check in/ check out . Staff responds immediately if emailed for any query or help . Will definitely come back here. Giavanna Atik at London Serviced Apartments Ltd was so helpful in helping us book this place . We were a group of 10 and her suggestions were very helpful . Thank you Giavanna 💕”

“Meodow and Roy were extremely helpful to this type A New Yorker's many Qs who has not traveled with her children for quite a while--pre-pandemic. I found them to be efficient, friendly and timely. I am looking forward to our stay in Mayfair. They got back to me in a timely way even accounting for 5 hour time difference.”

“Hi. Thank you for offer to extend, but my stay was only until July 26. My only comment would be the hob didn’t work, and the counter top was warped and unsightly. I did ask to have the hob repaired but it wasn’t during my stay.”

“This is the second time I have used this company the service has always been 100% professional but with a great friendly touch. Replies to my emails during booking process was always prompt (I live in Oz so always a response when I woke up!!) Izabela Wzorek has been a fabulous guest service manager always attentive to any questions or concerns I have had all along. I have spent 5 weeks in the same apartment and only had to buy food as the kitchen is well stocked with every utensil I could need, only suggestion I have is maybe upgrade from coffee pot machine to a Nespresso type one but that’s me!! My stay was in Ealing great shopping 5 min walk away, lots of dining options on the doorstep and great transport links from Ealing Broadway 10 min walk away. The apartment brochure could have better instructions on how to access the sky channel. The lovely cleaning ladies are kind and friendly and do a great job a huge thank you to them. All in all I will use the same company upon my return to London.”
