Point West is the third property I've stayed at that was arranged by London Serviced Apartments. I was spoiled by the first one at Pimlico which was first class. The Point West apartment is well positioned, spacious & comfortable but had a few short-comings so I wouldn't recommend it. The presentation of the Point West apartment brought to mind a real estate preparation for selling. Dozens of cushions, expensive looking but ludicrous curtains. The lift door on the floor that the apartment was on was out of order so I had to go to the floor above, walk 110 metres then walk down the fire escape to my floor. This was, of course, not the fault of the owner or London Serviced Apartments but it was irritating. The shower is above the bath. The edge of the bath is 630mm above the floor. That is a pretty high step to have to get out of a wet bath. Dealing with Bonnie at London Serviced Apartments was easy, helpful & pleasant & I'd have no hesitation in recommending that company.

Thank you for your beautiful apartment. My family truly enjoyed their stay and would be more than happy to recommend Urban Rest to friends and business associates. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest that you ensure you have staff presence to assist lodgers with information about all the facilities in the flat. Like my family members, many would struggle to understand what to do or how to use some of your facilities. Above all, my family members truly enjoyed their stay.

I had a great experience booking my upcoming stay for July. Bonnie Scott was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process feel simple and stress free. They explained everything clearly, responded quickly to my questions, and ensured I had all the information I needed before confirming my booking. Now I’m really looking forward to my stay. They offer a good variety of apartments, locations and prices. During the whole process deal with Bonnie who responded promptly to questions and who was super super helpful and super patient. The whole process including booking and paying is very straight forward Thank you for your help

I have worked with Bonnie on a number of bookings now and she has always been very helpful and flexible with payment options and moving dates around if needed. If the chosen apartment has not been available she has given me options that are in a very timely manner.

We received such a prompt and early-morning response from London Serviced Apartments (LSA) following a last-minute unexpected change to accommodation with another company. I emailed late one evening, having found LSA through The Guardian newspaper link below, and received a reply from Roy at 8am the next morning. Within a few hours, Roy and Anastasija had offered a number of alternatives. Having grown up in a family-run business, I am aware of how hard people work, and how it is genuinely such a pleasure to help other people. It's also so reassuring to be on the receiving end, particularly when booking from abroad. I am extremely grateful to the team for having such a person-centred, professional focus. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process, cheerfully entertaining our multiple rounds of questions about several properties, and responding promptly with all the information we requested and more. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and to find us several very good options. In the end, she helped us to book a great place in Bloomsbury - we're looking forward to our stay!

Terms like "client focused" and "client-centric" are often bandied about, but this team really does put clients first. Last year, LSA went to a lot of trouble to find us an alternative when the block where we normally stayed wasn't available: it was an excellent "find" and this was our second year in the same location. Throughout the entire process of booking, payment (taking into account the block's management company changing its bank between payments 1 and 2!), sorting out keys and generally looking after us, LSA's service was exemplary. My husband and I couldn't recommend them more highly, and a special shout-out to Ana who was our contact day to day and wrote the most delightful emails!

The apartment was very located. It was also very well kept. Overall we have had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good service apartment in London. We will defintiely consider this for our future stays in London.

Excellent service. We booked Rosebery Supercity apartment for one month, it was exactly as described. Baby essentials included upon request. Communication was fast, Ana was super helpful. A legitimate company which you can definitely trust for your stays in London.

I've used London Serviced Apartments for business travel for many years; now that we're retired they are certainly our "go to" company for booking really nice accommodations.

Bait and switch apartments. The ads and photos of apartments they put up are misleading. The “stunning” Victoria Gardens apartment in Westminster was nothing like the photos with green walls and very dated bedrooms and bedroom furniture. The day after we got there, the water was out and wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone over WhatsApp as the emergency number provided did not have an option to text.

Regarding the water outage, we’ve investigated the situation with the property management. The issue affected the entire building and was entirely outside our control. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Thankfully, the water supply was fully restored within two hours, and the on-site team acted quickly to resolve this matter. As for the apartment itself, we appreciate that individual tastes vary, and we always aim to reflect each property as accurately as possible in our listings. We’re sorry to hear the decor was not to your liking, but the unit you stayed in is indeed part of the same property as shown in the photos. Very nice experience all around. They took good care of me during my 2 months there. The staff in the building was always very nice.
