Customer service was helpful and professional! Ana provided an excellent alternative in selected area when first choice wasn’t available. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the selection in the desirable location! Thank you Ana!

They were very helpful in getting me settled in even with a short timeframe.i worked with Jack and Bonnie and they were always available until I settled in and the apartment is lovely,the receptionist Shelly was very helpful

The staff, especially Ana, Roy and Michael have been excellent, very prompt and professional service, polite and a pleasure to talk too. They made us feel welcome right from the start, and truly, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was a very big standard and every item listed was there. Very quiet, first good night sleep in a long time. Highly recommend London Serviced Apartments and the staff. Outstanding service. Certainly will stay here again and again. Thank you guys.

Following my first inquiry call, Ana quickly and professionally provided several options and quotes. She was also very helpful in speaking me through these options and was readily available when I had questions. The whole booking / payment process was smooth. Friendly and personable service to top things off!

We've been booking through London Serviced Apartments for our annual return trips home for several years, so the fact that we are repeat customers should say something! This year was a particular challenge as our usual accommodation was not available (exterior refurbishment) and Anastasija put a lot of time and effort into trying to find suitable alternatives nearby - ultimately, no luck - and then into finding us a fantastic flat in our second choice of area. She is easy to contact and prompt to reply. She, Roy and the team really do go the extra mile and provide outstanding service. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed LSApts....the people who work here have been lovely... the room for the week was good for us and much better than a normal hotel room. we were on 2nd floor, so a bit dark/ location good if staying south of the Thames. a bit of a walk to tube stations overall a positive experience.

We have yet to stay at Kings Wardrobe booked for us by Anastasija but it looks just right for us , price, location and facilities I wish to commend the outstanding customer service from Anastasija who has been mega efficient , courteous and sensitive to our needs and concerns at all times. Her quick understanding of my queries and her patient and clear explanations have made me feel valued and assured as a client. The various ways in which it is easy to contact London Serviced Apartments make the whole process of booking so smooth. Time differences make booking from Australia tricky but this service has found ways to overcome this. The process of booking and paying is very well set up. Using this service has taken a weight of my shoulders.

Great location. Lovely apartment. All necessary amenities were available in the apartment. Communication from team was excellent. Would definitely stay there again if visiting London.

The property location was very good and the apartment pictures were consistent with the apartment assigned to us. However, there is a major opportunity to improve the communication between the Booking Coordinator (B) and the Apartment Manager. 1. we were provided the incorrect entry codes for both the apartment building and the apartment itself. We received an email from the booking coordinator 3 days before check-in but she claims that the apartment manager changed the codes the day after the email was sent. Imagine our frustration coming after a long flight and we were unable to enter the building. 2. the WiFi network name and password provided in the email from the booking coordinator was incorrect. They sent a technician to fix after Day 3 who was unable to fix. At the end of Day 4, they sent another technician who gave us a completely different network name and password. We never got a clear explanation on why incorrect information was provided. We checked out after Day 7. PS - we were also told that the technician can be in the apartment unit by himself to fix the Wifi. We did not need to be in the apartment during the repair. However, both technicians clearly told us that he did not want to be in the apartment by himself due to any potential liability issues. Yet another case of poor communication.

The location of the apartment was excellent and the booking process was seamless and the correspondence leading up to the arrival date was very good and informative. The only recommendations for improvement are 1. that there should be a information folder that has instructions on how to use things like the washing machine, recommended local restaurants etc 2. One complimentary tablet was provided for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. There should be some facility to purchase additional tablets

I make an enquiry for my family coming to London in August for 9 night stay. It was difficult to find something as we have many people coming and they showed me some other locations that my family had not considered that was in my budget. Very happy with the service and the team have very local knowledge of the accommodation. Would recommend for London apartment booking.

The booking staff are shockingly uneducated, and their email communication is both painful and unprofessional. It is genuinely embarrassing to deal with their incompetence. The booking agent repeatedly provided incorrect information and displayed an inability to perform basic arithmetic or follow simple instructions. This level of ineptitude is unacceptable. The manager, Roy, exemplifies poor leadership with his significant ego problem. Instead of addressing issues professionally, he resorts to harassment if you attempt to politely correct him. His behaviour is unprofessional and childish, to the extent that I had to block him to stop the incessant and unwarranted communication. Dealing with this company has been a distressing experience due to their lack of basic skills and professional etiquette. They desperately need better training and management oversight to avoid such embarrassing and frustrating situations in the future.
