“Nice apartment but not cleaned regularly enough and not done properly.”

“Arranged smaller rooms for a the same price as a standard one bedroom, lights keep blinking. Have a counter top oven and a toaster but know plug points on kitchen counter. what you see in portal and what you get is different. if they dont have the same room or room in good shape you people should provide alternative options at the hotels cost. No timely response to emails. the issue is not just with one room, all our batches staying here had one or other problem.”

“The booking process was reasonable, prompt responses to our enquiries (allowing for the time difference in Australia). Our apartment at Gerrard Place is a good central location for us and has been a good base for us to explore London. It appears modernised as per the images on the website. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in hoping to store our luggage. The cleaner and her supervisor were here when we arrived. The supervisor was very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment whilst we explored the area. We reported a broken shower fixture on the first evening of our stay and the issue was repaired the next day which was pleasing. We would have found it helpful to have some local information/recommendations (restaurants, supermarkets etc) and instructions for how to use appliances in the apartment or available via email. As the apartment is not serviced during our 7 night stay more than 2 x towels and 1 x bath mat would have been appreciated. Overall we considered the apartment good value.”

“For where we were staying, basically in the heart of London just a few blocks from Harrod’s, the price was quite reasonable. The flat was very well apportioned and had all the modern conveniences. It was quite close to a Waitrose and Sainsbury though these were their smaller stores with a more limited selection. We were close to the Knightsbridge tube stop though, after 8PM the entrance/exit next to Harrod’s and closer to our flat was closed so you had to use the other exit which was a full city block further. There were many restaurants, cafes and pastry shops nearby. Our experience overall at this location was quite good. Our only issue was on our last night there we had trouble with our room key getting back into our flat and the night porter ( there is someone at the desk 24 hours a day) was not at his post and couldn’t locate him but, fortunately, we finally got our room key( card) to work. Finally, everyone who worked here was very friendly and helpful.”

“A really great experience. The flat was perfect and had everything I needed. The consultant that I dealt with, Ana, was expetionally helpful, and always responsive. She went out of her way to constantly assist with me, especially when I was on night shifts. The housekeepers were also incredibly polite, and super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“The serviced apartment in Ealing is just a pleasant place to live in a short period especially for a person coming from far away. It is convenient as you can get some groceries and other necessities to live in walking distance and access to the city within half an hour by train or tube. Looking at items inside the apartment, everything you need is already there such as kitchenware, dishware, utensils, bedding, etc.. Housekeeping come there weekly so you can keep the room clean. Lovely! This apartment is definitely one of best candidates when returning to London.”

“We found LSA online while searching for Short Stay Rentals. We found the team to be very prompt in response. We had many questions & doubts about the apartments they recommended; they patiently answered all our queries and tried to be very transparent with the information. They even made the effort to share pictures wherever they could. The apartment @ 14A James Street was exactly what we expected based on the information shared. I would definitely recommend LSA as agents.”

“When I arrived the code to access the property I was given was incorrect, resulting in me being stuck outside for 30min because I was about to get through to customer service to obtain the correct code. I was also disappointed at the bedding situation, having been told and seen in photos that the apartment contained a double bed it was disappointing to arrive and find the room was in fact to single beds with no mattress topper to span the gap between beds”
