Great location. Lovely apartment. All necessary amenities were available in the apartment. Communication from team was excellent. Would definitely stay there again if visiting London.

The property location was very good and the apartment pictures were consistent with the apartment assigned to us. However, there is a major opportunity to improve the communication between the Booking Coordinator (B) and the Apartment Manager. 1. we were provided the incorrect entry codes for both the apartment building and the apartment itself. We received an email from the booking coordinator 3 days before check-in but she claims that the apartment manager changed the codes the day after the email was sent. Imagine our frustration coming after a long flight and we were unable to enter the building. 2. the WiFi network name and password provided in the email from the booking coordinator was incorrect. They sent a technician to fix after Day 3 who was unable to fix. At the end of Day 4, they sent another technician who gave us a completely different network name and password. We never got a clear explanation on why incorrect information was provided. We checked out after Day 7. PS - we were also told that the technician can be in the apartment unit by himself to fix the Wifi. We did not need to be in the apartment during the repair. However, both technicians clearly told us that he did not want to be in the apartment by himself due to any potential liability issues. Yet another case of poor communication.

The location of the apartment was excellent and the booking process was seamless and the correspondence leading up to the arrival date was very good and informative. The only recommendations for improvement are 1. that there should be a information folder that has instructions on how to use things like the washing machine, recommended local restaurants etc 2. One complimentary tablet was provided for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. There should be some facility to purchase additional tablets

I make an enquiry for my family coming to London in August for 9 night stay. It was difficult to find something as we have many people coming and they showed me some other locations that my family had not considered that was in my budget. Very happy with the service and the team have very local knowledge of the accommodation. Would recommend for London apartment booking.

The booking staff are shockingly uneducated, and their email communication is both painful and unprofessional. It is genuinely embarrassing to deal with their incompetence. The booking agent repeatedly provided incorrect information and displayed an inability to perform basic arithmetic or follow simple instructions. This level of ineptitude is unacceptable. The manager, Roy, exemplifies poor leadership with his significant ego problem. Instead of addressing issues professionally, he resorts to harassment if you attempt to politely correct him. His behaviour is unprofessional and childish, to the extent that I had to block him to stop the incessant and unwarranted communication. Dealing with this company has been a distressing experience due to their lack of basic skills and professional etiquette. They desperately need better training and management oversight to avoid such embarrassing and frustrating situations in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in their lovely modern clean flat in Ealing. All of the staff involved were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service is excellent.

I have booked apartments in London on three occasions through LSA and their services have been very professional right from the booking stage. I’d like to particularly mention Mirella at Point West who is so responsive, helpful and friendly.

I have used London Serviced Apartments for the past 10 months, to assist me in moving all tenants out of a building, one after the other and often overlapping in times of stays. For me, this forms part of a larger project at my building, with extensive work being carried out. It has been an onerous and challenging year to say the least. I can say however that the only part of this project that has been smooth and hassle free has been using London Serviced Apartments and in particular working with Anastasia who has gone above and beyond. I have nothing but a massive appreciation for Ana and the team for all of the effort and support in working around the changing work schedule and helping me ensure that the tenants had somewhere to live for weeks at a time. Ana has been absolutely fantastic - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. The quality of properties offered by LSA has also been great, and all tenants have said how wonderful their stay was and how what could have been a stressful and upsetting move, was made easy, carefree and pleasant. Thank you Ana and Team, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have stayed at Lak apartments for a week during the past 2 years - this being my 3rd year. However, I was very disappointed this year since the upstairs neighbours were moving furniture at 11.30pm / midnight and slamming doors which is not acceptable. During my check out, which was supposed to be at 11am, the cleaner knocked on my door at 9am demanding to know the time when I was checking out since it was my last day and she needed to clean the room. I was in the shower at the time which was an inconvenience. I told her that I was allowed to stay until 11am since I was within my legal right to do so as I had paid for the room until 11am (costing £250 / night). The cleaner looked at me disapprovingly and left. In any case, I left the room at 09.30am. Another cleaner came into the apartment to take away the rubbish but I did not hear her knock on the door - the cleaner did not even apologise and was rather abrupt. Last year the room was cleaned once every 3 days but this year they did not even bother to clean the room (I stayed 6 nights costing £2,500) which is outrageous. The attitude of the cleaners needs to change towards the the paying guests. Taking the above into consideration, I am tempted to stay elsewhere next year. Kind regards, Ruth Brook
