I have stayed at Lak apartments for a week during the past 2 years - this being my 3rd year. However, I was very disappointed this year since the upstairs neighbours were moving furniture at 11.30pm / midnight and slamming doors which is not acceptable. During my check out, which was supposed to be at 11am, the cleaner knocked on my door at 9am demanding to know the time when I was checking out since it was my last day and she needed to clean the room. I was in the shower at the time which was an inconvenience. I told her that I was allowed to stay until 11am since I was within my legal right to do so as I had paid for the room until 11am (costing £250 / night). The cleaner looked at me disapprovingly and left. In any case, I left the room at 09.30am. Another cleaner came into the apartment to take away the rubbish but I did not hear her knock on the door - the cleaner did not even apologise and was rather abrupt. Last year the room was cleaned once every 3 days but this year they did not even bother to clean the room (I stayed 6 nights costing £2,500) which is outrageous. The attitude of the cleaners needs to change towards the the paying guests. Taking the above into consideration, I am tempted to stay elsewhere next year. Kind regards, Ruth Brook

The booking form contains certain clauses in the declaration section that are unusual. It indicates the requirement for a late check in fee which is very alien and unfriendly. The fact that your card details are required while filing the form make me wonder how you can make payment and still be charged a late check in fee. Providing my card details without the booking being confirmed is also of great concern considering the security of my card information. I have not occupied the apartment itself yet so I am not even sure of the quality and standard of accommodation.

When I arrived the code to access the property I was given was incorrect, resulting in me being stuck outside for 30min because I was about to get through to customer service to obtain the correct code. I was also disappointed at the bedding situation, having been told and seen in photos that the apartment contained a double bed it was disappointing to arrive and find the room was in fact to single beds with no mattress topper to span the gap between beds

Hi. Thank you for offer to extend, but my stay was only until July 26. My only comment would be the hob didn’t work, and the counter top was warped and unsightly. I did ask to have the hob repaired but it wasn’t during my stay.

1. It’s a nice space but it’s a bit worse for wear and tear. 2. Good location and enough for a pleasant night's sleep. The proper is nice and clean and I would highly recommend.

Nice customer service and very helpful. However the apartment was not clean. We left the next day because of this. The bathrooms are old and there was hair everywhere. Will not return back.

The booking experience was fine. Very quick responses to emails and all kinds of questions we had.

The service is mainly the cleaning service comes once a week. This service however is inadequate as I frequently found that they did not do proper job (e.g cutlery not properly cleaned and bed sheet was old and it had white materials came out from it that sticked to all my clothes)
