“We found our advisors at L&C to be attentive and professional at all times. We felt we could approach our aallocated advisor about any questions or issues we were having and he would always help. I don't think we would have received this level of service elsewhere and this is why I would be happy to recommend London and Country to my family and friends”

“L & C brokered my mortgage application. After some reservation on my part on their initial recommendation. I am please to say my mortgage broker was spot on with his judgement on which institution was most likely to lend based on my circumstance. The whole process went through smoothly. In the end I got a competitive mortgage with a major lender on a ex -local authority flat.”

“Our L & C advisor, Rachael Haine, goes through each application we make for BTL properties and always finds the very best deal. She even contacts us in advance when an existing deal is coming to an end. We've tried other brokers and have always been disappointed with the service.”
