“The application process was quick and strait forward and advisor was friendly and always responded to calls quickly too. however the case manager could have been a bit more on the ball as I had to frequently chase him up to chase up the mortgage company for an offer which was delayed beyond reasonable time. If I am using a broker, I would expect the case manager to be doing the leg work, not me having to chase up the case manager. I would however use them again, but would request a different case manager.”

“Being a first time buyer the process of looking for a mortgage can be daunting and confusing with an overload of information trying to get a good deal that suits your circumstances, my advisor William Knowles at L&C was fantastic he explained everything to me, all the hows, the whys and the whats. If i was unsure of something or did not understand then he would rephrase it another way so i could take it all in and process it properly to allow me to make an informed decision. I feel as though L&C relieved any worries that i had which allowed me to go forward with my application and become the owner of my first home. Thanks so much”

“London and Country Mortgages provided a very rapid assessment and proposal for my remortgage... I was very happy with the speed and efficiency of their proposal. At every step I felt that they understood my requirements, their communication was always rapid and in all their interactions their courtesy was second to none. I am very satisfied with the remortgage service I have received from London and Country Mortgages.”

“We had quite an awkward situation: I had lived abroad for a number of years before returning to the UK in 2015, and I didn't think we would be eligible to get a mortgage so soon after coming back. London & Country were nonetheless hugely reassuring and found a lender who was willing to accept us; now, together with my husband we're buying our first home! The process was quick and hassle free and we felt advised and supported throughout. Everyone says that buying a house is the most stressful thing you'll ever have to,do, but thanks to L&C that hasn't been my experience.”
