The application process was quick and strait forward and advisor was friendly and always responded to calls quickly too. however the case manager could have been a bit more on the ball as I had to frequently chase him up to chase up the mortgage company for an offer which was delayed beyond reasonable time. If I am using a broker, I would expect the case manager to be doing the leg work, not me having to chase up the case manager.
I would however use them again, but would request a different case manager.
