“Great friendly service from Ian today. Fixed new locks in my patio doors with just a couple of hours notice. Really nice guy, put up with the dog yapping at him, got the job done professionally and quickly, but we had a nice chat too. If I ever need a locksmith again I know where to go. Thanks!”

“Just by chance I saw the guy standing by his van, within 10 mins I've got a spare key done. Very reasonable price and good customer service. The only thing stopped me from giving this a 'very good' is until I try the new key....not sure if it works (hopefully it should be identical to the original!!). Thank you.”

“We are a double glazing company , and was experiencing some issues with a electronic Yale lock that was outsourced . We phoned lockrite in hope that they might have experience. With in ten minutes the engineer called us back and made an appointment for the very next morning . Bob was brilliant on time and efficient had the lock sorted in no time . As a business owner , I feel this is exactly how customers should be treated . Top work guys and thanks for getting us out of an awkward situation”
