“Alan was friendly, courteous and extremely professional, quickly determined what the problem was and how it could be resolved and also gave us the price for doing so. He talked us through the job as he worked and had the door mechanism working again in under an hour. We are extremely pleased we found Lockrite and Alan on the internet.”

“Recommend wholeheartedly. Used Lockrite for property in Crewkerne, Somerset. Front door would not lock. Within an hour of my phone call, locksmith had attended and changed the lock barrel. Brilliant service on a Saturday morning - attended quickly, dealt with lock issue quickly and all very courteous. Thank you.”

“Communication was very good from start to finish. Once the work was completed the lock smith then vacuumed what little mess there was and cleaned any dirty marks off the door. I Would recommend this company.”

“Today (Bank Holiday Monday) we had a problem with our 5 lever front door lock. We contacted LockRite who immediately had James Lowery contact us who arranged to meet us within the hour to assess the task. He identified that our existing lock was not up to the current standards which we sought. He fitted a new lock and the 2 new brass handles we asked him to install. James did a superb job and was extremely pleasant. We would certainly recommend him and his work.”

“We needed 6 replacement heavy duty window catches with handles and “click closed” security for three big old wooden windows. We searched on line and in shops but could not find anything suitable. Steve located a suitable type of catch and installed them precisely so they function exactly as we required. He kept in touch by text and kept the appointment. A good job well done and worth paying for. TonyY”
