“Came out earlier than anticipated. Work started and it wasn't an easy job. Our key got stuck inside the lock and wasn't coming out any time soon. Managed to get the key out but key was in pieces. Parts of the key were still inside the lock but after a bit of keyhole surgery, the last bit of the key came out. Managed to salvage the lock so door works again! Excellent work and managed the job. Any other locksmith may have just abandoned the job or drilled out the whole lock. Thank you”

“We were let down by another company so I found Jon on the internet and rang him to explain the issue. He told me he was on his way to a job but would come after that - prob about an hour. An hour later he rang and said he was there. He did a good job and provided us with additional keys when we asked him to. Professional, friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent service. Locks changed and alarm fitted all very competently and at a good price. Steve was really helpful and even assisted me putting up a baby chair and cot which I was struggling to do while he was installing alarm. Would definitely recommend him. This is the third time I have used him for locks.”
