“Vince is without doubt the very best. I accidentally locked myself out of my house. I called Vince and he was just finishing a job in Kent and came straight over from there to Sussex to help me and within 35 minutes i was able to get into my house. Vince was extremely quick, very fairly priced and completely professional and I am very grateful to him.”

“Alan did a very nice job on installing a lock on my door. It works perfectly, he was quick in his responses via email and made it clear when he couldn’t make it for our appointed time, and managed to come later. Very happy with the result!”

“Phoned Steve for help at 10.00 in the morning. The front door had been closed with the night latch on. All resolved by 13.00. Brilliant service. Excellent price. Phone number saved. Definitely recommend to all who needs his service.”

“I called as my elderly mothers lock broke on an external door. They said they would be with me by early evening and were there on time. Not an easy job as the door was very old, but all resolved in an hour or so. Matt, who attended, was excellent. Really nice guy, went out of his way to make sure my mother was happy and left the work area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them.”

“Upon discovering we had an issue with our lock we luckily rang Lockrite. I sent over a photo, he identified what was likely to be wrong and gave us an idea of cost which turned out to be correct which was very reasonable. He came out next morning and did a really good job. Would thoroughly recommend Vince who seemed to be a very nice guy too.”
