“Our front door lock broke on Sunday morning of all times. I contacted Simon at Lockrite expecting not to get a response on a Sunday but was amazed he answered. Simon was with us very promptly even though he was out on his motorcycle. Simon visited our property and diagnosed the problem straight away, he managed to secure the property and ordered new parts for us. Simon returned today and fitted the parts, adjusted the door and now is absolutely perfect. I can't praise Simon enough, he was very prompt, polite and very knowledgable.”

“£114 pounds for a service that took 1 second to open the door. It would of been cheaper to or bash the door open and repair the door frame or to brake off the glass of one of the ground floor windows and replace the glass. The locksmith inserted a door handle catcher trough the letter box and in one second the door was opened. So £114...... Really!!!! Next time I'll do the job myself.”

“Steve came over from Chesterfield as quick as anyone more local might. He had all the tools and struggled with a tough job to get us in without any damage. I can really say that he went above and beyond to get the job done. He was a very humble guy who knew his stuff and really had the determination to see the job through. I would really recommend Steve to anyone if you need a locksmith in the Derbyshire Dales area. He is also a lovely guy. I feel we were lucky to have had him work for us.”
