“I phoned in the early evening for an emergency service for a vacant property which had been broken into. The locksmith was able to go to the property, secure the property and change the locks and then willing to drop the replacement keys to a safe place, whilst keeping in contact with me by mobile. All very professional and helpful, given that I was not in the area. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I couldn’t rate Lockrite highly enough. I rang feeling vulnerable, with a door I couldn’t close or lock and being alone at home at night. The lady who directed my call was incredibly reassuring. I was quickly contacted by Terry who was my local locksmith. Terry is an absolute gentleman - he went above and beyond what I would’ve expected him to do. He went out of his way to make sure absolutely everything was properly fixed with my door, sorting me out with a new lock which is much better than the original one I had. And as a bonus he was an absolute pleasure to converse with. Basically, if you need a locksmith in the Leeds and surrounding areas, he’s your guy! Thank you again Terry, you’re a star.”
