In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“We were seeking an Arobocultural Survey of our trees and were put in contact with a number of providers. Some were good, some were expensive but we identified what we wanted. We were not impressed with the automated non-personal set-up of Local Surveyors Direct, particularly when the request for this feedback was directed at " Dear London, You recently used our website Local Surveyors Direct to find suppliers in your area. Please help us improve our customer satisfaction by writing a quick review. "”

“Didn't know where to start looking, put in search local. Local surveyors came up with a number of surveyors all who responded very quickly. I am working through all the literature. Would recommend.”

“We were provided with a number of surveyor's details with an estimate of the likely costs involved with obtaining a home buyers electrical safety report. The estimate was £99 but cost was actually £120 plus vat. This still seemed reasonable and the company's reviews were good so have hired them to do the job. Will now wait and see how it all turns out.”

“Very quick response and some of your suppliers are very proactive to provide information. Since I have not yet engage any hence not able to give constructive comment with your suppliers. But I found your website is useful to any new buyer. Much appreciated.”

“I got a good response from companies. However their quotes were low as they quoted for a small property despite me entering the number of bedrooms we have. I contacted 2 of the companies and they had to give a higher but accurate quote afterwards. I don't know if it's the fault of the website or under quoting to get interest at the start.”

“Very good. My only negative would be that the colleague who spoke to me from GetAgent used jargon that wasn’t really appropriate to my age group and it annoyed me slightly. One of the estate agents they said would contact me has yet to do so, but that’s not their fault, I suppose, although maybe they should hHave followed that up. Overall a useful service to have though, making the minefield of choosing the best agent significantly easier to navigate. The links to other sites such as the EPC was very helpful too.”

“I was looking for EPC providers in my area, put a query in their website and received a list of suggestions for nearby providers - reasonable amount of variety in the choice in terms of pricesb . Well presented summary with indication of quote and name of the providers . A good starting point for any search.”
