“I was sent four names and one of these, James Burton, contacted me. I was happy with his quote and he subsequently completed the planning and building regulations applications for our small internal kitchen conversion, quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with. I would be happy to recommend him and your site. It was useful that your site enabled me to specify that this was a small project which probably helped to make a good match for me.”

“I found the site very useful in finding a selection of surveyors to choose from. These options had widely varying prices with nothing to indicate why I shouldn't just go for the cheapest. Some independent reviews of each surveyor would be helpful”

“I was impressed and pleased with the prompt and detailed survey report (as per e-mail), underpinned by helpful and lengthy telephone conversations, and all for a very competitive fee. This has all assisted my purchase decision greatly. My one relatively small concern was that it took some time to receive a hard-copy of said survey.”

“It would appear that surveyor actual availability is going to be a bigger issue than price, though price probably drives that availability. My first choice was not available until next February when I need a survey in the next two weeks. I await a response from my second choice.”

“There is one that had got back to me and we agreed and already booked the date very for surveyor both the agency and as now I can not say too much but it is a positive start and efficient and professional service so far but i would rather keep the feed back and comment when it is all done and complete which I believe it is reasonable and appropriate to do so when the job is done.
