“Excellent service. Within 30 minutes I had 4 enquiries to an asbestos survey I required. By the end of the day, I had reviewed all the applicants and appointed one. Would definitely recommend.”

“In the beginning I did experience a communication problem downloading attachments and not being able to speak to someone. Eventually, this was sorted and the inspection was arranged for 18th April. I was then informed that the survey report would not be ready until 2nd., May. That day arrived but no sign of the report, the 2nd. May being a Saturday and a holiday week-end no one was available to deal with my calls/e-mails. Tuesday 5th., eventually received e-mail stating that the report would be made available late evening 6th. May( 12 working days or two and half weeks.) Again, no contact by speech all transacted by e-mail, I challenge this and eventually I received the report 0730 6th., May. I have to say that it was a very well detailed report supported with photographs of problem areas and running to 106 pages.”

“I was unable to find a local surveyor in my part of North Wales that had availability within the next 3 weeks, I used the web site to search for a surveyor using the post code of the property that I am purchasing and was supplied with 5 contacts, none of whom were local, however my second phone call resulted in being able to appoint a Chester based surveyor who will travel and who is no more expensive than the local chaps yet he can survey my proposed purchase this week. A very useful service.”

“I have been efficiently sent contacts of interested trade persons .However I was able to get in touch with a surveyer who was recommended to me by my brother who had drawings done for his project .if this had not materialised I would definitely have contacted the people recommended by this site. Many thanks.”

“The information received via the site was good but I emailed 2 surveyors but neither of them got back to me. Another email me, of which I requested a meeting with. This one also didn't reply. So I can only presume that they do not need the work. So why are they advertised on your site.”

“Very efficient, same afternoon service to clear a straightforward drain (not a manhole). The job took less than 10 minutes and although the proprietor had told me beforehand on the phone that they charge by the hour regardless of time, while the hourly rate of £65 + VAT wasn't the most expensive quote I found, I still think for such a short job, he should have charged a half hourly rate. Berkhamsted resident”
