“Very pleased that there were a number of surveyors and removal firms from which it choose. However, would prefer to contact them myself when I was ready to complete my house move and did not want them e-mailing and telephone me giving me dates.”

“It's easy to use and I get instant reply for initial quotes. And I got the contact details in email. It's very helpful that it shows the comments on each supplier by their existing or previous clients. However it'll be even better that I could save a copy of these comments for detailed review as there could be quite a lot. Currently once I left the browser, I could not review the comments anymore.”

“Used the service to provide a brief and get some contacts to consider for project, however, none of the information we submitted seems to have been passed to the suppliers who are contacting us. Why take the time to provide information upfront if noe of it is going to be passed onto to people??”
