“Harry Jones contacted me immediately after my initial enquiry about obtaining an EPC Certificate and offered to visit within two days. We arranged the appointment and Harry was kind enough to text on his way as we don't live at the property and that saved us waiting in. Absolutely first class from start to finish. Friendly reliable service at a fraction of the cost offered by local agents. I would definitely use Harry again and would not hesitate to recommend his service.”

“Prompt response from all three companies I contacted. Unfortunately one company to busy to help but appointments made with the other two. Will definitely use this service again.”

“The hourly quote I received for checking why my shower wasn’t working was far too expensive, I found someone in my local magazine at a third of the price quoted.”

“Really easy to use and was impressed by the speed at which the businesses in the quote responded - in one case within minutes and virtually all by the end of the day. Also impressed that initial response emails were followed by phonecalls. Excellent”

“Found really helpful. - before I used the site I was ringing round trades people and being fobed off - told they would ring me back etc. But never getting anywhere and thinking I would never get the work done I needed - But just 5mins on this site I had local trades people emailing me with quotes and actually wanting to do the work! - really pleased. - thank you”

“An excellent and very fast service which produced a great choice of options. Most of those options contacted me within 24 hours.”

“We chose our surveyor from your list and were pleased with the service we received. However, once we had selected the surveyor we wanted to use, we kept getting e-mails from others on the list which was a bit annoying. Maybe you could find a way to block other hopefuls once a decision has been made.”

“A few quotes came in very quickly, some were priced quite a lot lower than others although pricing also depends on value for money.”

“Great way of finding good value surveys with a quick response. I'd prefer it if I didn't have to give out my phone number as I had many calls after I had chosen a surveyor.”
